D'autre part, le matériau des bols de broyage doit être plus dur que celui du matériau à broyer. Dans des conditions normales, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont composés du même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols plus grands ou plus lourds et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante. Tenir compte du volume utile car il diffère du volume du bol.

Les billes de broyage de diamètre maximum ou égal à 3 mm doivent être pesées. Le tableau précédent indique la masse requise par bol de broyage.
Le remplissage de billes par bol indiqué est la quantité minimum et peut devoir être augmentée si le comportement du matériau l'exige. Il est possible de réduire la quantité de billes de broyage de jusqu'à 15 %, ce qui peut provoquer une abrasion supérieure à celle prévue. En général, les plus petites billes de broyage permettent d'otenir des résultats de broyage plus fins.
En règle générale, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont fabriqués dans le même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante.
Choisissez au moins 2 bols de broyage adaptés au volume de vos échantillons, parmi les tailles 45 ml et 12 ml disponibles. Vous trouverez des détails concernant le volume utile dans l'aide à la sélection. Nous proposons tous les bols de broyage en 7 matériaux différents afin d'obtenir toujours le meilleur résultat de broyage. Nous évitons ainsi sciemment une contamination des échantillons résultant d'une abrasion indésirable.
