Les tamis d'analyse FRITSCH de diamètre de 100 mm ou 200 mm/8“ dont disponibles avec des couvercles de tamisage en plexiglas, qui permettent d'observer l'opération en cours. Des couvercles de serrage en polyamide sont également disponibles (sans regard) lorsqu'il s'agit de tamiser des matériaux en évitant toute contamination métallique. Nous proposons naturellement aussi les tamis et les fonds récepteurs correspondants, en plastique. The POM plastic clamping lid without window for applications, where it is not required to observe the sieving process, respectively in order to sieve materials where a metallic contamination must be avoided. For applications, where it is required to observe the sieving process, a clamping lid with window insert article no. 31.2020.00, is also available.
This clamping lid can also be used if you would like to use the Vibratory Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 0 as a Vibratory Sieve Shaker ANALYSETTE 3 SPARTAN.

TorqueMaster enables automatic and reproducible tensioning of the sieve stack on the sieve shaker during dry sieving with test sieves 200 mm/8" diameter. Although the tensioning has a great influence on the sieving result, it is relatively undefined in conventional systems. The universal sieve clamping system TorqueMaster delivers constant and reproducible clamping forces of ~ 1 kN to the sieve stack, enabling the calibration of the sieve tensioning – essential when using the ANALYSETTE 3 PRO as inspection instrument according to ISO 9001.
Although you may not have a FRITSCH sieve shaker, the TorqueMaster is the best tensioning system for your sieve stack. TorqueMaster can be attached and used with any sieve shaker.
Clamping lid POM plastic with security glass for dry sieving with test sieves 100 mm dia. and grinding head for conversion of the ANALYSETTE 3 to the PULVERISETTE 0.
The clamping lid with security glass allows the operator to observe the sieving process and the ANALYSETTE 3 can be used with this clamping lid as Vibratory Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 0 for milling and homogenizing of small quantities of samples (sample quantity: 0.1 – 10 ml, max. feed size: < 5 mm, final fineness: 5 – 10 µm).
